"It is clear as day that Vista is going to really annoy users."

Which means users will turn off the security features that annoy them, which means Visto will turn into the same security quagmire as the rest of the Windows line. And enterprise users will be more and more limited with what they can do with their workstations. They won't be able to install any software on their own, will keep bumping into web site issues...in short they'll hate it.
