Countless times, I've heard people say that the reason that there
are no viruses for the Mac is that they only have a 5% market
share. My point in comparing market share to the number of
viruses was to point out that if there are eighteen times as many
Windows machines as there are Macs, one might suspect that
there would be an eighteenth as many viruses which exist for
the Mac. Or maybe one one-hundredth. Or a thousandth.

But there are NONE. There's a reason for that, and it's not simply
that Windows is a bigger target: Macs are inherently more secure
than computers running Microsoft operating systems. Period.
