will the penalty be 25 hours of community service or surrender your X box for a week? I tired of reading about script kiddies who get caught for serious offenses and then the judges just don't get it, so they pronounce sentences that are a joke. Lets hope this time the guy serves some real time. I recommend 3-5 years with a requirment to pay people back for the damages done.
