It's a start...
But, every time I get one of those emails like the fake Paypal, and Banks, ect... I trace them down. They usally hijack someone elses server. I let both the ISP and the registered server owner know what's up. This tends to get them shutdown quite quickly wink I also, do actually try to login per their request from the link in the email, but I use, well lets just say some words that are not very nice wink
