Tom's story has a wrong accusation
Tom's story points to Blue for problems with folks who's computers are infected with software that helps the spammers. It tries to make them a "victim" of blue, when in reality they are a victim of the spammers, not Blue. Bad point of reference on Tom's part. Which, BTW is unusual for them, they usually have a better perspective.
