Big difference
The reason Firefox is getting an upbeat headline here, and IE gets ripped is that the story here is announcing fixes and improvements to Firefox, while the IE story is about the discovery of more vulnerabilities and unpatched flaws. When the IE flaws are fixed, look for more upbeat coverage of a positive story. Don't expect equal treatment for both good news and bad news.
