You Are Late
Don't waste others time giving old information as new. I already had the update and you wasted my time thinking I had missed out on something I already had. Put a date on the information as to when the update was initiated, so people can know if they are already up to date unless you have to fill in your newsletter with fluff because you can't find anything to write about.
