Anyone in the US could set up an account in offshore bank. The same rich types hide money from the tax guys. Have the money wired to that account and no problems.

Not only that, do you know how easy it is to open a bank account? You don't need hardly any ID what so ever. You can get fake ID to cover that easily. Them use web banking to make payment to other accounts and funnel the money out through the laundry by setting up front business. Like subscribing to porn sites that really don't exist. Not too hard to set up really if you just use your imagination. I'm no criminal but I can see how criminals could do this easily.
