"I believe once they are encrypted, logging off and back on as admin will do you no good. The files will probably be encrypted under administrator mode also."

Forgot about the encrpytion part. Yeah, if the trojan was written to work inside the users profile, the file would still be unaccessable, but at leat right now, since 97% of Windows users run as admin, I'd bet the trojan would fail if executed under non-admin priviledges.
