Why are these worm infected computers still online?
"persistent low-level incursions from remnants of earlier worms still active on the PCs of residential subscribers."

WHY? Its time for ISP's to start taking these computers offline!

Most ISP's T.O.S. forbids network traffic that is detremental to the network and other computers on the network.

So all these users accounts should be blocked until they either fix and secure their machine or have someone else do it for them.
