Worms nibble away at ISP profits

All they have to do is invest a little in installation: Many people never change their configurations. With that in mind, if the ISPs make sure that all of their new customers (and old ones if they really want to invest) have firewalls, antivirus software, and don't use IE or any Outlook, then that pretty much leaves actively launching attachments with executables as the only way to get a worm or virus.
