- Not a bad write-up, but don't forget that a lot of people don't even know how to pull full headers. For anyone who fits this category, there is an excellent tutorial at http://www.haltabuse.org/help/headers/index.shtml (this is the link I would give to people when I worked the abuse desk at the local ISP where I live).
