Only if your Firewall Admin is a lazy bum
By default we try to turn everything off except for selected services. If they decide to redirect services in to specic ports, then there is little I can do, but how often do we hear about a virus trying to send itself out over port 80?

Remember when we had the issue with MS Blast. The first line of defense against others in the company was to block that outbound port so we wouldn't infect others.
