Bugs bite into popular browsers

Good Point!: Maybe we do need to redesign the Web.
An analogy (one that will get me flamed).
The current browsers are like the Dos with windows 3 stacked on top. Didn't work properly until totally rewritten as Windows NT (well until XP came out, anyway).
