the IE bug is highly critical because of the fact that it can be used to hijack a Windows PC.

If you read what the discoverer wrote, he said it would be extremely complicated and difficult to get it to do anything other than crash the browser -- he couldn't see how it could be done.

I'm still having trouble seeing that as "highly critical."
