- The Teamsters have now become successful in getting the nation to start doing background checks on all personnel that enter seaports. The truck drivers, piza delivery folk etc. The same kind of thing needs to be applied to IT personnel. I suspect it will not be to much longer before appropriate citizenship is required. A few lines of code can wreak havock on a Microsoft Windows dependent society.
