Seems like we all get hacked at one time or another and it isn't like I don't have sensitive information on my machine. Why isn't the District Court prosecuting those folks? I had an IP, did a traceroute and found his ISP, called them telling them I was getting hacked by one of their IPs and told them which address it was. The ISP didn't take him down until a month later when I threatened a lawsuit if information or my identity got stolen. Guess it all comes down to the almighty dollar.
