Amazing
Can you imagine the amount of money would be created if campaigning funds spent on communications during elections where utilized via a city, municipal, state, federal election.

The ''pie''wich jacks up 'interest in a given market - basically balling up into the 'air, would create profit wich could be utilized to pay not only services of the network itself, but other public services. The '.inc within a given 'business-end of a governments use of the service would maintain a barrier between tax generated burdens, and resource generated revenue requirements.

The necesity of the utility verses the resource to provide it comes into play. When you thinking of 'building it.But in actual practice of running the utility, and making it profitable would include doing so the create revenue.Notwithstanding the idea of supply-demand,where you may have the choice of noticing 'where all the air''might be going.

This is a 'littttttle different from jacking it up,and pulling the stakes out. Here the 'stakes must be 'put in where the market is of its own accord. Works on both models, most telephone/networks where 'heavily subsidized at there first fruitions of creation on the way backmachine. The expertise and knowhow of present '.inc will still be needed of course.

With due respect in some markets this financial base has left the area for other lucrative proving grounds. However the idea of creating revenue by having an election has less sophisticated to those that would stand to benifit from its capital expenditure in the economy.

It may very well be that telecommunications companies may find an interesting curcustance in investing in the bonds of wich voters might have approved to do such projects.

-just talking.
