What are you, a dork or something??? Where do you get off claiming that linux patches require "visiting the website, skimming through message boards and news readers, no recompiling and reinstalling."???

My patch update is totally convenient. I never have to do ANY of the things you claimed on my Suse Linux box. When there's an update out there, a little message comes up saying there's an update, and you proceed to install them (if you choose to.) Just like Windows Update. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing different about the process on either side!!!

I'm getting sick and tired of you intentionally posting LIES on the boards here. You claim to know it all, yet the information you claim is totally untrue and you attempt to debunk anyone who offers clear evidence that what you say is the process in Linux isn't the real process.

If you're going to make these claims and stand by them, at least install Linux and have some credibility to disprove us. It is clear that if you claim we have to go reinstall/recompile/skim through boards, etc. to get our updates then YOU HAVEN'T USED LINUX!!! Do yourself a favor. Go download Suse! It doesn't cost you anything, its a simple straightforward install, and the updates are installed quickly and timely. Not on the second Tuesday of the month.

Additionally, you say Microsoft releases patches on time. Not all of those 10 exploits were discovered in the past month. Some of them were discovered several update cycles ago!
