There is no mention of a back door for Homeland security
Does anyone remember the Clipper chip? I'd be willing to bet that a backdoor exists for this encryption and that they are just not mentioning that small fact.

I don't like this. Anything on silicon takes more resources to change and once someone breaks the encription used by Intel it will be worthless.
