The secret of phishers' success
If phishing is aided so much by confusion between lower case 'L', the numeral '1', upper case 'I' lower case 'I', and the exclamation point '!' , then the obvious solution is to prevent the use of sans-serif fonts such as ARIAL in URLs and their visual tags and require/demand the use of serif-laden fonts such as Times Roman. No?
