We need privacy laws!
Anyone who uses software to gain any information on my
computer other than what I freely wish to distribute should
freaking go to jail. Also, anyone who does these fishing scams
be they actually on Ebay or just by using trickery to gain private
information needs to go to jail. I use a Mac so I don't have the
adware-spyware problem but as a computer user Windows users
shouldn't have to deal with that annoying crap. That's invasion
of privacy and perpetraters should go to jail. People who use
keyloggers or any other spy crap on someone elses computer
should go to jail. If you are using a work computer owned by
your employer they should have the right to spy on you to a
certain extent, but anyone who spies on another person for any
reason should go to jail. Sotware companies that make
softeware that calls home should be very limited about what
they put on someone's computer. Some very big and powerful
companies push the envelope about information on someone's
computer. Invadion of privacy on computers is becoming a big
problem and a lot of people need to go to jail.

The government is going crazy spying on people. Companies are
spying. People are spying. I get sometimes 4 or 5 Phishing
scams in a day. It's crazy! I was against the anti-spam laws for
email, but people have no right to know what's on someone's
computer. I find telemarketing more intrusive than spam email
and what collections people do on the phone, they should be
shot for.

I got billed $18 per month on my phone bill for something I
never heard of. It was a private company that signed onto my
phone bill without me knowing and they gained the information
over the internet.

That's not good!
