cyber crimes
we need global agreement and enforcement of cybercrime laws. I was ripped off by a man in China, through BIDPAY. I reported the crime to BidPay, Ebay, the FBI Internet Crimes web site, and to what I thought was a police station in the province this guy lives in. I have the name of his bank and the account number. I submitted all of the above information and no one contacted me. It's been over a year. The amount was about $100. Fortunately, it's not the loss of money that bothers me, it's the lack of enforcement of laws that are already in existence and the whole idea of this guy getting away with his scheme in the wake of Big name American companies.
