Educate the (cyber) users out there ...
As far as cybercrime laws go ... I can't begin to express how much caution every pc user out there needs to employ when surfing the 'outer' edges of the web ... We really need to check our pcs frequently for viruses , and be 'extra-vigilant' ... My only question is , when will we have to have licenses before we drive these things ??? A little responsibility on every users part goes a long way to protecting the entire cyber community ...
