Kinda hard to believe.
How did the hacker get the camera? Every Pay Pal transaction will only give out a "confirmed address" meaning the hacker can not give his address to receive the material. If he some how gets his address to the seller then he's a dead duck since now they know where to find him. Pay Pal sends out a transaction conformation every time a payment is made. Check your facts cause I think you are mis-led or have bogus information.
