- They are so pathetic! Although I never have encountered this scam, what I see is your typical "we love us and everything is under control" response from ebay. They are an online corporate bully. Try to contact ebay for assistance with bad sellers and you'll get nothing but automated replies, ignored and sometimes some script-kiddie response that has nothing to do with the issue itself. Of course, have a ligitmate transaction with someone that is not a good person... and YOUR account is in jeapordy. Stay away from ebay at all costs. I only look on ebay as a last resource....
