Chicago KillPhish, we've done this for years

I'm the original founder of Chicago KillPhish. We formed in the mid 90s and since 2000 have been doing exactly that, flooding phishing sites (www.xxx.xxx) and phishing phone numbers ("call xxx-xxx-xxxx to update your account) with thousands of fake combinations. We now have over 20 million members sending emails to us daily, and EVERY one gets read. We receive information from the 7 largest credit card suppliers (visa, star, MasterCard, etc.) and match them to the wrong names and the wrong addresses and the wrong phone numbers, and supply false information to the web sites and contact phone numbers for these phish attempts. It's about time the industry caught up with our 10+ years of work.
