Interessting Technique?
I've been doing the very same thing for more than a year:

Having created a small Java App, which only needs minor adjustments for each new phishing site
I used it to fill useless junk into their database;

"Used" is in past- recently many phishing sites have upgraded their logic scripts to only accepting one set of data from a certain IP;
Too bad.
