Would you tell your child that you installed spy software on their cell phone?

Would you put an electronic chip in you child so you can monitor their whereabouts at all times?

IMO, this would not be a good way to build trust with a child. If they think you distrust them so much you have to resort to spying on their phone use, they might think "what's the use in not misbehaving."

Also, who says you have to give your kid a cell phone? I wouldn't, unless they can pay for it themselves.

(Nothing personal -- but I don't agree with the use of this software for anything that I can think of, unless the person *consents* to being monitored.)
