these two are NOT syaing that. They do acknowledge that the Cracker is the criminal here... but they are warning people not to be victims. Can you see the difference? Probably not.

Here's another explanation, just in case:
Look at the difference between a thief who was caught robbing a house saying "The door was open, so it' snot my fault." and someone who was in that Element, not trying to help people by saying, "Protect yourself from theives and use better locks."

I take back what i sad.. you probably do understand the difference, but are just trying to spin words around by bringing rape into this.
