Privacy concerns are driving security in Asia and other parts of the world, where fines can be 25-50 thousand dollars per customer FILE breached, not per breach. When regulators here start to get tough, management may start to act responsibly to save their jobs and keep their butts out of the SOX AND HIPAA ABUSE resorts.
