- People are losing their collective cool here...
- Like a fine wine, Microsoft will deliver the patch when it is time. Rushing this finely tuned coding machine, Microsoft, to release a patch early is not going to help. Microsoft needs time to ascertain a) is the flaw real b) what is the real threat matrix c) what is the pulse from enterprise customers like myself. I for one have no issues because we are running the Vista eXPerience and IE 7 Interim Build 2 here and we have never been more secure. The key is to constantly change the surface for attackers. With all the upgrades and migrations we have ongoing, no hacker could ever mount a credible attack against my firm. Like my rep says, "peel back my onion, find another onion".
