Could this be done at the ISP level? would it make more sense to do this in a more centralized fashion where it's in the best interest of themselves and their customers to do so?
sorry to be clueless on this. I've got enough work, but have always wondered why the dns servers sitting on the trunks can't be more aware and proactive?
