From technical, ethical and business model bases, as well as security, this is a match made in Hell.

M$ and "secure" in the same breath, sentence or paragraph is an oxymoron. Ditto for "innovation."

Both M$ and Verisign have proven unworthy of trust. You will never find "trustworthy computing" among this crowd.
