That's right!
We had a situation with a person going through the airport and the security person pulled our employee away from her stuff that was going through the scanner. (they tell you not to leave your stuff, but then force you to! nice!)

When she returned, she packed it all up. Went to her destination only to find the notebook she picked up was not hers. It was exactly like hers, but it wasn't hers. Someone had picked up her notebook and left theirs.

Fortunately the notebook left had an asset sticker on the bottom and we were able to track down the owner and make the swap.


Thank goodness for safeboot! We now have large company stickers on the top of our laptops.
