Oh that's reassurring, becasue identity theft always shows up in a couple days so I guess everyone cans rest easy.

Anyone carrying around this kind of information on a laptop should be fired. And fined. I mean really fined. If individual consumers can be fined thousands for having downloaded songs, then corporations should be fined thousands per name compromised. There simply is NO excuse for losing customer personal information on laptops... and this isn't even the first case to make the news.
