Those people understand DRM. Digital Rights Managment. It's not for stopping viruses or malicious code.

Common sense man.

If I write a virus I control the content and I definitely want it run on as many PCs and I can so I'm not going to restrict my content with DRM. That would defeat the purpose. Virus writers want ignorant users to run thier code.
