what honest service
"By the way, RIAA may be heavy handed but most file sharers ARE thieves who even if given an honest chance to buy individual tracks as many services now let them apparently have no interest in it. "

when the price of the service is as much as the cd, forget it, how many songs do people, try? but would never buy? it is like flipping through the radio, which some would consider a crime as well and want to make everyone pay for "digital" radio
