A virus is a virus...
Those people who would be willing to see a DDOS attack are fools. For any DDOS to be effective the flood of data will screw with the speed of the entire system. By the way, RIAA may be heavy handed but most file sharers ARE thieves who even if given an honest chance to buy individual tracks as many services now let them apparently have no interest in it.
