If you stay on it and use the right tools, not too much time
At least no more than I've observed with other networks and less than with mixed networks. I have been places where no one really tended to the network issues and these companies had problems when a big worm/virus/trojan hit. However, I suspect they would have had problems of some sort no matter the OS due to the laziness of the admins.

If we didn't have anti-virus and email/web scanning programs active and blocking most of the nasties we would have a considerably more difficult task. Running a Windows network 'naked' is a disaster waiting to happen.
