debit card plus
Washington Mutual has just introduced a bank plan with debit cards that gives you cash back for using a debit card rather than writing a check. I have been using online bill pay for years and combined it with my debit card for incidental store purchases. I haven't written a check for years.

I use a credit card for on line purchases, but I would not be without my debit card.
