SuSE uses their Yast2 interface which works well too.

There's a distro for everyone out there, I think. I use SuSE and don't always use the graphical installer because I wanted to learn how to solve dependancy issues for myself. It's really not that difficult, but I can understand people wanting to switch from Windows and don't want to put up with dependancy issues. This will be one of the hurdles for Linux on the desktop to overcome and with Novell and IBM working on it, I'm sure this will be addressed.
