stupid people need stupid OS's

The problem dont lie in security settings..... beacuse when it comes down to it, its people that set these things..... a good email appy should not be affected on such a vast scale as microsoft email aplications and systems have been infected recently.

so, a sacrifice of user-freindlyness against security? i dont think so... your blind to the fact that most linux distros are getting geared twords the desktop user. And i have recently helped a freind of mine to teach his 5 year old daughter to use a linux compy..... a five year old can use it! the problem isnt in people... some people are jsut destined to not be compotent computer users.... windows and linux both aknoledge this, however linux aknoledges it withought sacrificing security/quality/credibilty and the right to say that "our software does not lick the asses of 15 arangotans simultaneously.

would you like me to make a list of the most recent security notices about windows? i would, but see, im to lazy.... its a long ass list! and linux? well, there were the two recent memory sploits.... which were patched right away.... and there wre almost no incidents involving it....

expect microsoft to blame linux or someone else for the onslaught of problems and security messes that are comming... the code was leaked, and the linux masses will ure it to cut the knees out from underneath microsoft
