McAfee response un- professional
What a joke, McAfee.
Hello I am your McAfee suport rep: "Sorry but those 1200 PCs (entire company effectively shutdown) that now have random exe (including excel.exe, regsvr32.exe) and a nice assortment of dll files moved out of their proper folders to the quarantine folder - well you'll just have to figure out how to get them back on your own."
Thank you very much McAfee for your support. We have been working since 11:00 pm EST Friday (it is now 10:30 am Sat) and in fact are very close to deploying a fix to those 1200 PCs. We have had to lock users out, disconnet remote access etc. to prevent further damage until we deploy "our" fix. BTW applauds to Microsoft support who concurrently wrote a script that works.

Does anyone have that Symantec reps number???
