It'd be great if Microsoft will make OneCare
accessible to those who are blind and use a screen reader program such as JAWS { http://www.freedomscientific.com/fs_products/software_jaws.asp ). Windows OneCare provides a central place for everyone (who subscribes to OneCare service) to scan for viruses, do tune-ups, perform backups/restores, and last but not least, anti-spyware (when it gets into OneCare).

If made accessible to blind users, this will allow the blind users to do security mantenance within a single, simple user interface.
