The key word here is *can*.
Ah, a perfect description of Windows. May work here many not
work there. Everything bound together by spaghetti dll hell and
the registry. I have fought tech support issues like this for 15
years. Every install is different and unique. So bad our local
college has to use a product that resets the hard drives of all the
workstations every night to their standard install, just so they have
a base of reference.
