As the apple rots...
So as it turns out the apple was rotten to the core all along.

This reminds me of Oracle and their "Unbreakable" claims. As it turned out years later, the Oracle engineers didn't know all that much about security to begin with.

Is anybody really surprized that Apple's engineers are clueless about security either? They are all about shiny icons and that is about it. Years of being ignored by the ******** hackers created this whole illusion that the Mac was "secure", but now we find out this is not the case. Just look at the number and severity of holes being patched by Apple compared to MS in the last year or so.
