My PDA is not a phone
My PDA has absolutely no phone functionality built into it. If I need to make a phone call, I'll use my (much smaller in size) phone. It has the ability to add the feature, but I've no need for it.

Oh, and my PDA runs Linux, not Windows Mobile.
