"...open source/hacking/cheating/what's yours is mine..."

Open source is a _voluntarily_ collaborative code delevelopment effort. It has nothing to do with hacking, cheating, or misappropriation of other peoples code. People who, like me, write open source code are not therefore automatically "hackers," nor do we cheat, nor do do we steal other peoples' code.

If you subscribe to differing philosophies of writing code, fine. But that really doesn't give you any excuse for insulting people who don't agree with you.
