Firing squad for these creatures.
We see these things happening like clockwork almost every week. Yet another data breach here, some credit card info stolen there, etc, every week or two, without fail.

US laws are ridiculously arcane, outdated and inefficient and don't even begin to comprehend the gravity of such incidents.

At times like this, I think Saudi Arabia and such countries have it good. If this had happened there, the guys at Deloitte would have probably been stoned to death. We need the firing squad for creatures like these. Now it's "just another data breach, causing misery to thousands of innocents". *sigh*
